Macaulay Culkin 2014 death reports confirmed as hoax.
According to recent news, the former child star allegedly passed away at the age of 34. An article from the MSNBC.website reportedly tells the story behind the actor's passing which was later on spread in the social media. Many users even thought that the mentioned website was the real MSNBC; however, it was found out that it is not.
The article from the said website claims that the actor who was famously known for his role as Kevin McCallister in the "Home Alone" films, was found dead in his Manhattan apartment on Friday afternoon. It even went on to say that the actor's body was recovered by the police in his home after his family members requested for a wellness check. The hoax story even suggests that the cause of the former star's death remains as a mystery since authorities allegedly did not found any signs of foul play or abuse.
Many of the "Richie Rich" star's supporters then began to express their grief over his alleged sudden passing this 2014. Most of the people hit on the social media network to show their love to the star, but there are also people who are not happy with the news and even condemned the death hoax. In order to put all the rumors to rest, Macaulay Culkin took to Twitter by saying that he is still alive and is currently on tour with his band known as the Pizza Underground.
"We're on tour you silly people" he wrote on Twitter along with his photo.
The rumors about the 34 year-old star is actually not the first time to happen to him this 2014. In the previous months, Macaulay Culkin also became a victim of the death hoax. The gossip started when a Facebook page tried to claim that the star has already died while it also attracted millions of likes.
