In a report by the MSNBC.website, a source claims that the "Home Alone" star died. The report spread like wildfire on the web with fans of the star reacting on social media. A number of fans had even believed the reports of Culkin's death.
"Sources are reporting that Macaulay Culkin, best known for his role as Kevin McCallister in Home Alone and sequel Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, has been found dead at the age of 34," claims the report.
Yet, again the reports on the "Home Alone" star's death is nothing more than just another hoax. Culkin is alive and well. After leaving the world of film, Culkin is now the lead singer of the comedy band named Pizza Underground.
This is not the first time reports on celebrity deaths like "Home Alone" star dies have emerged. Early this week, Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus had fallen victim to the Internet death posted on Facebook and other Web sites. Aside from the MSNBC report, "Home Alone" star dies was also found on Facebook with the page called "RIP Macaulay Culkin."

As for fans of Culkin, the reports involving "Home Alone" star dies are not deemed funny. Culkin's representative has also reacted to the death hoax reports.
"He joins the long list of celebrities who have been victimized by this hoax. He's still alive and well, stop believing what you see on the Internet," says Culkin's representatives with regards to the death hoax about "Home Alone" star's death.
