Alex From Target Commercial: Target Employee Taking Social Media By Storm, Commercial In The Works?

Alex from Target commercial - A teen employee from Target became an Internet sensation overnight following a simple tweet. Like the ridiculously photogenic marathon guy to the incredibly handsome mug shot man, #AlexFromTarget trended because of his looks. Does this mean an Alex from Target commercial might come along soon?

In less than 24 hours, the teenager named Alex working at Target gained over a thousand followers on Twitter and not to mention stalkers in real life. All this hype just because a photo of him packing merchandise at Target went viral.

"So many followers," tweeted Alex, adding, "Now i have to change my number..."

The memes of #AlexFromTarget keep flooding the Web and there have already been a number of Alex from Target commercials that are clearly not affiliated with the official brand. Of course, with the rate Alex is going Target might just come up with a commercial starring the teen. They already tweeted about their love for their employee so it's not surprising a commercial could be in store.

"We heart Alex, too! #alexfromtarget," tweeted the official Twitter of Target.

Though an Alex from Target commercial might not be in the plans, this has not stopped a number of Internet users from creating photoshopped images of Alex for Target's consumer brochures.

"HAHAHA WHO MADE THIS?!? #alexfromtarget," posted the official Alex From Target Twitter account.

While fans of the teenager are clearly waiting for an Alex from Target commercial, this has not stopped a number of female fans from professing their love for the Target employee. One particular fan had even posted a YouTube video asking Alex to marry her. Check out the video below.

As for #AlexFromTarget, the teenager is still shocked by the popularity he has gained thanks to one tweet. At school, he gets visited by a number of females from neighbouring schools and even teachers have asked for selfies with the Internet celebrity.
