Kelly Ripa new home is now being sold for $20 million. The famous talk show host and her husband, Mark Consuelos, have decided to sell their swanky New York penthouse, the one that they purchased for $9.5 million back in 2005.
It covers almost 7,000 square feet of living space, five spacious bedrooms and five massive bathrooms. It has 12-foot ceilings, an enormous skylight, tons of open space, white oak flooring, two elegant dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen, spacious walk-in closets, a Jacuzzi tub, steam shower, a big media room, a home office, and a gym.
For the exterior of the famous Kelly Ripa new home, it has over 3,000 square feet of private roof deck space, equipped with a grill area, steam shower, a fireplace, a hot tub, and a covered patio area.
Ripa presently hosts "Live! With Kelly and Michael." She first came to prominence through a 12-year run on a highly watched soap opera show, "All My Children" from 1990 to 2002. It was in 2001 when she decided to team up with Regis Philbin for "Live! With Regis and Kelly."
Philbin retired in 2011, but Kelly Ripa new home opted to continue the morning talk show without Regis. Testing out the waters, there was a series of co-hosts before finally settling on former NFL star, Michael Strahan, thus the new title, "Live! With Kelly and Michael," which debutedback in 2012.
