The 28-year old Victoria's Secret Angel reveals her diet plans in an interview with Shape. Contrary to reports that models starve themselves to get the enviable figure, Lily Aldridge's diet certainly isn't unhealthy. For one, it involves a lot of avocados.

"I love avocado. It's my favorite snack. I eat it with rice cakes, plain, or make guacamole. It's so healthy for you and so satisfying," stated Aldridge.

As for Lily Aldridge diet main staple or signature dish, the model claims it would be none other than prosciutto, which she calls her "go-to" meal in a report by Men's Fitness. Notably so, there's another Lily Aldridge diet worth following.

In a report by Elle, Aldridge follows the diet plans of Sakara Life. Sakara Life is a delivery service whose food is all organic and vegetarian in nature. The diet has also been called the "reverse cleanse."

"It was founded on the principal that food is medicine," stated Sakara Life founder, Whitney Tingle, adding, "The convenience of our food is one of the biggest things. It finally lays the thought process to rest."

Apart from Lily Aldridge diet plan on the Sakara Life, the model also engages in a variety of workouts. Aside from yoga and Pilates, Aldridge also loves ballet. Her trainer is none other than Mary Helen Bowers of Ballet Beautiful. Ironically, if there is one work out that Aldridge seemingly doesn't get and enjoy, it would be running.
