France clowns - On Saturday, 14 arrests have been made by French police authorities. These 14 arrests were done on teenagers dressed up as evil clowns who had completed their look with baseball bats, pistols and knives. Is Twisty the evil clown of "American Horror Story" to blame for this madness?
In the town of Agde, several calls were made about France clowns carrying knives and baseball bats.
