Missy Elliot 2014 not only showed off an impressive new look but one heck of a body too. The 43-year old songstress shocked a number of her fans during her New York performance last Oct. 16. Missy Elliot 2014 edition featured her 70 pounds less.

After having been diagnosed with Graves' disease in 2008, Missy Elliot 2014 featured a healthier version of the singer. Missy lost a whopping 70 pounds and even flaunted her figure on Twitter. The rapper showed off one heck of a figure during her performance at the Alexander Wang's H&M Collection.

"Just got off stage thanks @ALEXANDERWANGNY and @hmusa for having me perform I enjoyed," stated Missy Elliot on Twitter.

Missy Elliot's 2014 comeback performance at Alexander Wang's H&M Collection featured her songs "Work It," "Lose Control" and "Get Ur Freak On." Elliot wore a baseball cap paired with leather pants and black top.

The 43-year old has yet to reveal her secrets for the incredible weight loss. One thing is for sure, fans are sure loving the Missy Elliot 2014 version. Elliot remained out of the spotlight from the year 2008 to 2011 to focus on a healthy lifestyle after being diagnosed with Graves' disease, which is an autoimmune disease that attacks the thyroid gland. People affected by Graves' disease exhibit nervousness, palpitations, weight loss and excessive sweating.

Before Missy Elliot's 2014 comeback, the rapper spoke to People in 2011 about her condition.

"I feel great. Under my doctor's supervision, I've been off medication for about a year and I'm completely managing the condition through diet and exercise," stated Elliot.

After Missy Elliot's 2014 performance, number of fans are wondering if the rapper is set to release a hit album again soon. Missy Elliot's last album release was in 2005. With a better body and a healthier lifestyle, maybe Missy Elliot's 2014 album could already be in the works.
