United Airlines' Customer Service Makes Will.i.am Unhappy; Rapper Shares Rage in Twitter

United Airlines makes Will.i.a.m very unhappy with their service after they allegedly gave his seat away.

The Black Eyed Peas alum recently shared his frustrations about his latest experience with the company. In rage, the singer took to Twitter saying his side of the story. According to his social media rant, he is scheduled for an international flight bound for China; however, the airline just gave his seat away making him unable to make it in his flight.

"I'm flying to china and ?@united? just gave my seats away... ?#wtf?," says the singer in his Twitter post.

According to the recent report, Will.i.am's scheduled flight for China is at 1:15 p.m. and with that, the "Scream and Shout" singer arrived at the New York airport at around 12:30 p.m. Instead of being accommodated to the said flight, he just learned that United Airlines gave his seat away for being too late; thus, making him totally dismayed and mad. On the other hand, staff of the airline reportedly advised its travelers to be at the airport at least an hour before the scheduled flight.

"Make sure when you fly to china via ?@united? you get to the airport 1day before because they'll give your seats away," the rapper says in his first tweet.

"Plane leave at 1:15 I got to the airport at 12:30...@united is the worse..."he went on.

The singer producer even went on with his Twitter rant by comparing the services United Airlines to the other companies wherein he did not experience such problem. According to him, other airlines even wait for the premium passengers to arrive and do not just give the seats away.

"I fly @BA @quantas @koreanAIR @singaporeAIR & they wait for premium passengers to arrive...they don't give away your seat like @united," he wrote.

Will.i.am's recent experience with the company is actually not his first since he also shared that he was previously kicked out from the United Airlines Global First Class Lounge after his card was mistakenly thought as fake.
