A 1-year-old Labradoodle, Gracie, 200 foot fall incident happened after a dog playing in the Columbia River Gorge fell down the Oregon cliff, but survived. Gracie's owner thought she had been killed after the Labradoodle Gracie plummeted down a 200-foot embankment.
The name of the dog's owner is Michelle Simmons . According to Simmons, she had been a part of a large hiking group which included two dogs when the Labradoodle Gracie 200 foot fall incident took place.
Around 4:30 p.m., Gracie and another dog began playing on a trail in the Columbia River Gorge when Gracie suddenly went over the side of the cliff, Simmons said.
After the unpleasant Labradoodle Gracie 200 foot fall incident, the dog rolled down the cliff, said Simmons. She added that she heard the fall, as well as the dog's yelp as she hit the ground. No sound was heard afterwards, reason for the hiking group to think Gracie died at that moment.

The rescue team came late Sunday night to rescue the day after the Labradoodle Gracie 200 foot fall incident. They reportedly hiked one hour up the steep Eagle Creek Trail to begin rescue operations.
Gracie was fitted with a rescue harness and the young dog was hoisted back up the cliff. Gracie was soon brought to safety, and the entire group hiked out of the area after the Labradoodle Gracie 200 foot fall rescue.
