7th Heaven Actor, Stephen Collins, Investigated For Child Abuse; Star Allegedly Admitted To Molesting Three Girls During Therapy Session With Wife

7^th Heaven actor's child molestation confession has reportedly been caught on tape. According to this latest report about Stephen Collins, the minister father in one of TV's longest dramas, he confessed that he molested an underage girl, exposing himself and two other people.

TMZ has already released an audio clip of what appears to be the 7^th Heaven actor confessing during a therapy session with his wife, Faye Grant. He gave pretty graphic details on how he abused the girls.

According to the report from TMZ, the couple is presently going through a divorce and he was, apparently, completely unaware that he was being recorded, and by his wife, during the therapy session. Sadly for the 7^th Heaven actor, under California law, it is legal to secretly record people in order to gather evidence of a felony.

Allegedly, Collins first admitted the child molestation offenses to his wife back in 2012. The alleged incidents, however, were believed to have been committed by the actor way back.

In the tape recording, he mentioned a "disclosure" as well as a "list," which appears to refer to the confession he made to his wife in 2012. It was actually that confession that triggered the emergency therapy session.

The 7^th Heaven star confessed to molesting an 11-year-old girl, who happened to be a relative of his first wife. Also, he admitted that he exposed himself to that underage girl when she was only 11, 12, and 13 years old.

He also talked about another girl who lived in their Los Angeles neighborhood. However, he did admit that he tried to apologize to this girl years after the molestation happened. He then mentioned a third girl, who was around 12 or 13 years old at the time of the alleged molestation. Two of the girls the 7^th Heaven actor allegedly abused were from New York.

TMZ has reported that the NYPD already has the tape and that two of their detectives have already flown to Los Angeles to interview Grant and further investigate the 7^th Heaven star's case.
