The official synopsis of Blacklist season 2 episode 3 reads: "When a man is found with his heart cut out, Agents Keen (Megan Boone) and Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) team up with agent Samar Navabi (Mozhan Marno) to uncover the intricacies of Dr. Covington's (guest star Ron Cephas Jones) black-market operation.
