Amanda Bynes Arrest 2014: Former Star Back in Troubled Path While Off From Anti- Psychotic Medication

Amanda Bynes is back in trouble this 2014 after being arrested for driving while under the influence of a controlled substance on Sunday.

The former child star who was also previously arrested for the same charges in the previous year is back to her troubled path. Authorities recently stopped her car in the middle of an intersection on Van Nuys Blvd.in San Fernando Valley, Cali. At around 4a.m. She was then held in police custody after being evaluated to be under an unidentified drug which TMZ later on to claim as Adderall.

The DUI charges pressed against the "She's The Man" star this 2014 is not her first time. Way back in 2012, Amanda Bynes also faced the same charges after hitting a car in West Hollywood which was later on resolved after entering in a civil settlement with the parties involved while she was also sentenced to three years of probation for her reckless driving. The struggling actress was actually able to pull herself together with the help of her parents whom she's staying with after being released from a specialized facility wherein she was receiving treatment; however, her parents were said to have no idea of her recent arrest.

After spending some time in the police custody, Amanda Bynes was also released after paying the bail of $15,000. 2014 is actually thought to be the start of something new for the struggling star; however, that doesn't seem to be the case now. After being released from the treatment facility in December 2013 wherein she was said to be receiving treatments for her mental condition, she then enrolled herself in Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising after revealing her interest in the world of fashion.

Contrary to other people's expectation about her 2014 to be a smooth sailing one, it was said that Amanda Bynes has been actually smoking weed more often and is no longer taking her anti-psychotic meds.
