Jordin Sparks' Instagram post on September 25 hints about her breakup with longtime boyfriend Jason Derulo.
The singer couple recently made headlines when rumors about their split spread like wildfire. Several stories have claimed that the couple who has been dating each other for three years already decided to end their romance, although it has been hard for the both of them. According to a report from Us Weekly, the pair is upset about their separation and that it is their busy schedule and frequent trips that contributed to the failed romance.
Derulo and his then girlfriend have been always vocal about their romantic relationship when it comes to interviews and even in their social media accounts such as Twitter and Instagram. Jordin Sparks and her former beau already even gushed about how they welcome the idea of marriage in their relationship. The "American Idol" alum said that the conversation of marriage is something that they are not scared about while Derulo also acknowledged the idea when he wrote his "Marry Me" single for the 24 year-old singer.
The rumored split has been also noticeable in Instagram. Jordin Sparks recently posted a quote in her account which is believed to be about her failed relationship with the singer-songwriter. Us Weekly reveals that the said quote has been posted last September 10.
"Love is working through all the challenges and painful times," the post reads.
Aside from the meaningful message that was uploaded, the female singer was also said to be silent during Derulo's birthday last September 21. Most of the singer's Instagram followers noticed that she did not even mentioned about a birthday greeting in her posts making more people wonder about the real score of their romance.
It was on Thursday that Derulo confirmed his split with Jordin Sparks during his interview KDWB. He also emphasized that although they already called it quits, they are still good friends while some reports also suggest that they still care for each other.
"Everything is cool, man. It's not a bad situation, it's not one of those kind of things," the 25 year-old singer confirms.
