"Big Hero 6" characters and film look promising enough to steal the limelight away from "Frozen's" beloved Queen Elsa and Princess Anna. Disney has now created an "Iron Man" version superhero of their own based on Marvel's minor comic. So what should Disney and Marvel fans expect from "Big Hero 6" characters and the film as a whole?
First off, "Big Hero 6" is set in the not so near future in the city of San Fransokyo. San Fransokyo is basically a hybrid of Tokyo and San Francisco. The protagonist of the story is named Hiro, who is left with an unusually large robot left by his brother. Hiro's brother ultimately had one goal in life, which was helping out others. Hiro, having been left with his brother's last creation named Baymax, decides to continue his brother's life goal.
While Baymax was originally created to become a healthcare assistant, Hiro has bigger plans for the supersized robot. With their unlikely friendship, Hiro and Baymax take on San Fransokyo's super villain. Apart from Hiro Hamada voiced by Ryan Potter, who make up for "Big Hero 6" characters?
"Big Hero 6" characters include Honey Lemon voiced by Genesis Rodriguez, Cass Hamada voiced by Maya Rudolph, GoGo Tamago voiced by Jamie Chung, Fred voiced by T.J. Miller and Wasabi voiced by Damon Wayans Jr.
While "Big Hero 6" characters are colourful and lively enough like "Frozen's" Elsa and Anna, the film is going to need a power packed musical combination like "Do You Want To Build A Snowman?" and "Let It Go" to make it to the top. Aside from the beloved characters of "Frozen," the soundtrack pretty much gave the film an Oscar award and hype from around the world.
Disney's "Big Hero 6" characters are soon to hit theatres on November 7. The 3D version is set to be released in the United Kingdom by January 30.
