Sarah Hyland Twitter: 'Modern Family' Stars Tweets Hinted At Domestic Abuse In 6 Year Relationship With Matthew Prokop?

Sarah Hyland Twitter - The "Modern Family" star had shocked a number of her fans following her split from six year beau, Matthew Prokop. Reports claim Sarah was a victim of domestic abuse during the six year relationship with Matthew. Prokop had allegedly choked her, verbally abused her and threatened her even after the split.

Domestic violence surprisingly occurs among Hollywood celebrities. The latest victim is that of "Modern Family's" Sarah Hyland. Hyland, who has been in a six year relationship with Matthew Prokop, had filed a restraining order against her six year beau. The actress claimed she had suffered domestic abuse with Prokop. While Sarah Hyland Twitter account barely contains any hints about the relationship being violent, past tweets involving Prokop contained hints that he was indeed violent and threatening.

During the promotion of "Modern" Family in Australia last February, Sarah Hyland was in attendance. However, her trip was cut short due to the fact that a fan had "groped" her outside the event. Sarah Hyland Twitter contained the tweet about the event.

"Sorry to all the fans outside the #qantas event that I didn't get to say hi to but I had to leave due to an inappropriate touch of a fan," stated Sarah Hyland Twitter.

While Sarah Hyland Twitter message to her fans was nothing out of the ordinary, it was Prokop's tweet that caught the attention of her fans. Matthew's tweet stated: "To the asshole who assaulted Sarah tonight I hope to God you don't see next week."

Matthew's tweet has hinted that he was indeed over protective of Sarah Hyland and it was not of the healthy kind. Reports by TMZ confirm Sarah had filed for a restraining order on Prokop. For now, Sarah Hyland's Twitter only contains tweets about "Modern Family's" latest season and nothing about ending her six year relationship with Prokop.
