P Diddy's $40 Million House Is A Sprawling European-Style Villa Near To Where Michael Jackson Died

P Diddy's $40 million house is to die for. Well not literally but close enough, knowing that it's a sprawling European-Style villa that has all the facilities, amenities and luxuries many people can only dream of.

According to TV3, P Diddy's $40 million house is definitely worth its price since it is a 17,000 square-foot estate that is bound to leave many people breathless with its beauty.

Born Sean Combs, P Diddy's mansion is located at Holmby Hills, Los Angeles and it is pretty close to the place where King of Pop Michael Jackson passed away in 2009.

The very large two-story villa has just been completed this year and it houses a 35-seat theater, a gym and even a wine room.

The vast property includes a lagoon-style swimming pool with a grotto connected by an underwater swimming tunnel.

Visitors and friends of the rapper will surely enjoy their stay at P Diddy's $40 million house since it has a separate 3,000 square-foot guesthouse that even features its own steam room, massage room and private beauty salon.

This is not at all surprising for the hip-hop mogul whose net worth is estimated to be playing around $700 million, all thanks to his recording deals and talents such as Mary J. Blige and the Notorious B.I.G., according to Los Angeles Times.

P Diddy is also the founder of Bad Boy Records and he also has a Sean John clothing line. And of course, Combs is also known for producing television shows and for his acting credits in "A Raising In The Sun," "Monster's Ball," and "Carlito's Way: Rise to Power" among others.

After moving to his $40 million house, P Diddy is now officially a neighbor of Playboy Mansion and Formula One heiress Petra Eccelstone Stunt.

The Grammy winner, who is a native of New York City, reportedly owns another house in East Hampton, but he has always expressed his desire to look for his dream home in Los Angeles.

P. Diddy's $40 million house purchase just comes three months after fellow rapper and producer Dr. Dre spent $40 million on his new California home, which he bought from Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady.
