Teresa Giudice's house with husband Joe is for sale. Another mansion from this "Real Housewives of New Jersey" couple has been put up for sale ahead of their Oct. 2 sentencing on federal fraud charges, New York Daily News has learned.
Just a week after listing their Montville, N.J. home on the market for $4 million, another Teresa Giudice house is about to be sold after the reality TV couple listed their Jersey Shore mansion for sale.
The second Teresa Giudice house was listed ahead of her and her husband's sentencing after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit fraud back in March. The couple could face federal prison terms. While Joe could be sentenced to 46 months in prison, Teresa could be facing up to 27 months, noted Radar Online.
Meanwhile, an insider said that the second Teresa Giudice house that is for sale has four bedrooms and it is listed in the $300,000 range.
"It's being put on the market (Monday), and the sale of the house will give Joe and Teresa money to pay off some creditors, and give them some cash," the insider said of the Beach Haven West home.
"(The couple are) desperately trying to get all of their affairs in order before their Oct. 2 sentencing," the insider added. "It's been a very difficult time for the family, but they are getting through it the best they can."
Though the second Teresa Giudice house was badly damaged by Hurricane Sandy in 2012, it was cleaned up for the reality TV couple and their kids to enjoy their summer 2013 and 2014 vacation there.
Joe and Teresa are "desperately trying to get all of their affairs in order before their October 2 sentencing," the insider said. "It's been a very difficult time for the family, but they are getting through it the best they can."
Interestingly, the Giudice family seems to be very excited in making the big move now that two of their houses have been put on sale, according to NJ.com.
In last Sunday night's episode of "Real Housewives of New Jersey," Teresa could be seen doing some house-hunting.
"All I need is a house for Joe and I and our four daughters," she even shared in the episode that also featured the return of Jacqueline Laurita.
