Neil Young is reportedly dating Daryl Hannah now. They have both been strongly protesting against the proposed Keystone XL pipeline. Perhaps it was the similarities in their views that brought them closer together.
Neil Young and Hannah have recently been spotted on what would be considered as a lunch date in Southern California on Tuesday. They had their arms draped around each other, and there was, at least, one kiss on the cheek.
These two personalities were actually only casually dressed for their lunch date. They were seen making their way to the restaurant which was located in the Thousand Oaks or Westlake Village area. In one of the pictures, which have been acquired by Daily Mail, Hannah was seen clutching a shopping bag from a store in the Westlake Promenade. In another photograph, she was seen planting a kiss on Neil Young's cheek.
Taking a look at the viral photographs, it would seem that Hannah and Neil Young are certainly headed off to a romance, despite merely being six weeks since the 68-year-old Neil Young filed for a divorce from Pegi Young, who was his wife for 36 years.
These two budding lovebirds have actually been traveling in the same cliques for quite some time now, especially as they both have been very vocal with regards to their opposition against the proposed Keystone XL pipeline. The two of them even assisted tote a banner together back in April, as part of a Cowboy and Indian alliance in Washington, D.C.
Moreover, the two of them have also been arrested at a minimum of three times because of the extent of their pipeline protests. Two of these arrests were made in Washington, D.C. and one in Houston.
Taking a look at Hannah's romantic history, it would seem that she has a bit of a penchant for dating men who like to oppose. Her boyfriends over the years include Jackson Browne, who also happens to be a strong activist, and John F. Kennedy. However, she has never been married. Only time can tell if her present relationship with Neil Young will lead them to a wedding.
