The Azerbaijan Tower, will be 1km and has a projected finish date in 2019 making it the world's tallest building.
Baku, will be constructed in Azerbaijan, Russian agency Ria Novosti reported.The enormous building will be erected on the manmade island in Caspian Sea close to the capital and largest city of Azerbaijan Baku.
The building named The Azerbaijan Tower will be the tallest in the world as will tower the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the world's current tallest, by 200 meters (27%).
Construction works will begin in 2016 with a projected completion, inspection and occupancy of the nearly 190-story structure in 2019.
The total height of the tower in the oil and gas rich region will be 1050 meters.
