The upcoming "Once Upon a Time" season 4 may be highly anticipated due to the inclusion of a number of characters from the Disney hit "Frozen." However, the most recent extended trailer shows off what to expect next from the original Storybrooke cast.
The voiceover makes the announcement of the inclusion of the "Frozen" sister Queen Elsa and Anna played by Georgina Haig and Elizabeth Lail respectively.
It shows the two in some kind of a flashback scene with Elsa assumingly tells Prince Charming that she is the queen. On the other hand, the modern day version of Regina is seen asking the Magic Mirror that someone needs to be removed. What is uncertain is whether she is talking about Elsa or Marian, the returning wife of Robin Hood.
The synopsis released by ABC also described a few details for the new season's plot.
It leaked information that Elsa is fearful when she gets to Storybrooke, which means she might not be able to control her "ice" powers that makes everything frozen, just as how the blockbuster animated movie is called.
The "Once Upon a Time" season 4 pilot episode involves the Storybrooke characters perceiving Elsa as a potential threat. It could be that the extended trailer confirms that the characters of the modern fairytale know Elsa from their own past lives within the Enchanted Forest.
There will also be several guest stars that will surprise fans during the season premiere like John Rhys-Davies to voice the trolls ruler Grand Pabbie while Giancarlo Esposito will come back as Sidney/The Magic Mirror.
The first episode of the "Once Upon a Time" season 4 will air on September 28, 2014, via ABC, at 8/7c.
