Woman Beheaded London: 82-Year-Old Lady Found Decapitated in Edmonton House Garden; Cops Insist Not Terror-Related [WATCH VIDEO]

Woman Beheaded London - An 82-year-old lady was discovered decapitated at a north London suburb house on Thursday, in what officers said to be a non-terror-related crime.

According to several woman beheaded London news, cops were dispatched to the house in Edmonton following reports of a knife-wielding man. When they arrived at the location, they found the elderly woman's body in the garden. She was later identified as Palmira Silva who is believed by detectives to be of Italian descent.

"While it is too early to speculate on what the motive behind this attack was I am confident, based on the information currently available to me, that it is not terrorist related," Detective Chief Inspector John Sandlin - who is leading the woman beheaded London investigation - said.

Sandlin reportedly refused to confirm reports that the old lady had ben beheaded, or disclose what kind of weapon was used in the killing.

Cops said a 25-year-old man had been arrested by armed officers at the site on suspicion of murder. A stun gun had to be used while one officer endured a suspected broken wrist during the woman beheaded London capture, according to Reuters.

Prior the woman beheaded London arrest, another attack involving two other people at a house on the same street occurred, however, the victims had managed to escape unharmed, the Washington Post has learned.

The reported brutal woman beheaded London killing had sparked speculation that the crime might have involved terrorists after the vicious murder of a British soldier in London last year, and the recent release of beheading videos by Islamic State jihadists where two U.S. journalists were shown being decapitated by an apparent British national.

"This is was a highly visible attack in broad daylight on a residential street," said Sandlin in a statement.

Authorities have insisted that they are not looking for any other suspects and are confident that the woman beheaded London incident is not terror-related.
