The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai has something more to boast besides being the world's tallest hotel. It has now launched its latest service of allowing customers to do checking in and out via mobile.
The one of a kind service called the Marriott Mobile Check-In and Check-Out is proof of the hotel's innovative efforts to upgrade the customer experience.
The new hotel service permits guests to download the application through their mobile gadgets. When they book their stay through the app, they can find their room key waiting for them upon their arrival.
It also allows members of the Marriott Rewards club to get push notifications straight to their phones and devices after 4pm during their arrival day, so as to remind them of their check-in schedule.
They will also get the notification that their reserved room is already ready. It is aimed to ease communication levels as well between the hotel and the guest, to prepare a less tensed and more organized arrival.
All the payment data will also be saved with the profiles of each member. All these would allow guests to simply rely on their key card that is already pre-programmed.
Just a show the guest is notified for their check-in time, push notifications for their check-out time will be sent to them as well. The bill will be sent to the guest's email address.
The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai new hotel service allows the guests to simply have the capacity to bypass the need to still go and settle relevant information and procedures with the front desk.
According to the hotel's GM, the introduction of the innovative and modern service saves a lot of time not just on the part of the visitors but also on their workforce too. Surely, every guest would not turn down the idea of having to get to their room faster than the usual process of accessing the room.
The new service has reportedly been available already to 1,200 properties around the world and will be made available to 4,000 more hotels as the year ends, as stated by Hotelier Middle East.
