Sarah Hyland and Matt Prokop finally ends up their relationship after dating for five years, but it seems like the young actress is not that really affected with the recent split.
Recent report regarding the longtime couple revealed that they have already ended their romance after being together for five long years. According to the report from Us Weekly, a rep of the "Modern Family" star has confirmed the news of the couple's split. Instead of showing herself with a broken heart, the 23 year-old actress appeared to be in high spirits as she recently party the night away.
Rumors of the actress being single actually started when the star showed up alone in the red carpet during the recent Emmy Awards. It can be recalled that the former couple actually arrived in the red carpet during the 2013 Emmy Awards; thus, it has been a huge mystery to see the actress showing up alone in the said same event. Contrary to what most people expect about the starlet being depressed, Sarah Hyland recently appeared in public looking as if she did not split up with Matt Prokop.
Despite of the couple's breakup, it seems like the "Struck by Lightning" actress is not just affected at all. She doesn't seem to be bothered with her recent split from boyfriend of five years when she was spotted having so much fun during the HBO Official 2014 Emmy After Party. Sarah Hyland doesn't seem to care with all the rumors concerning Matt Prokop when she was seen hitting the dance floor.
The former lovers started dating way back in 2008 when they met during their audition for the "High School Musical 3; Senior Year". They then starred in the film "Geek Charming" in 2011. Despite of Sarah Hyland and Matt Prokop's breakup, the actress' rep also revealed that the lady is fine and that they are both in good terms.
"She's young. They decided they would be better off as friends." Sarah's rep revealed.
