After months of speculations that the couple is on the brink of ending their marriage, the American comedian has already confirmed that he and his wife of six years are already living apart from each other for several months now. With that, divorce rumors erupt like wildfires causing more controversies in different angles. Although the 33 year-old actor did not mention any details about their upcoming divorce, several rumors have already claimed that the blonde singer has already spoken with her lawyers to end their marriage while restraining her husband not to spill any details to the public.
Reports say that the stain on the couple's marriage eventually started when the singer's husband named several celebrities he previously slept with. Such revelation definitely did not make the 44 year-old diva happy especially when it was known that her husband revealed that he slept with Kim Kardashian in the past. Gossips about their marriage heading for a divorce even spread when Nick cannon has been noticeably absent in the Instagram posts of Mariah Carey.
It can be noticed that the singer has been only posting photos of her and her twins, Monroe and Moroccan her said Instagram account. With a possible divorce on the way, many are actually thinking what will happen to the couple's three year-old twins. Aside from the fact that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon will be facing a great divorce battle especially as they deal with settlement of their properties and wealth, a custody battle is actually expected to happen between them.
