Cindy Crawford Kids Have Been Pulled Out from Their Malibu High School Due to Elevated PCB Levels in School Windows; Crawford Does Not “Feel 100% Safe” for her Kids

Cindy Crawford's kids with Rande Gerber, Presley and Kaia, should already be preparing their supplies and their mindset for the start of the school this week. However, what Cindy Crawford kids and Gerber have in mind for their children is different. Instead of enrolling them, the internationally renowned supermodel and the co-owner of Casamigos Tequila have decided to take the equally adorable Cindy Crawford kids out of their Malibu High School.

A series of routine soil tests revealed that there were elevated levels of PCBs in window caulking. Cindy Crawford kids informed Maria Shriver, a special correspondent of NBC News during a pre-taped interview with "Today" on Tuesday, "I don't feel 100% safe."

The chemicals that were found can actually cause cancer and end up hurting the victims' immune and reproductive systems. These chemicals were only discovered when the school decided to test 10 random classrooms for PCBs. The results revealed that four out of the 10 rooms were found to be over the federal limit.

The school has now planned to remove the caulk in the four aforementioned classrooms and periodically observe for air and dust. So far, the latest tests showed that there were no longer any elevated levels of PCBs.

Cindy Crawford kids said, "I'm very frustrated and I'm very disappointed at the way this has been handled. The problem is, for me, that they haven't tested the source. I think that air testing and water testing are a great piece of the puzzle. Unless they're testing every day, how do I know that every day it's safe for my kid?"

Contrary to what others might think, Cindy Crawford kids actually know what she is talking about as she has actually earned a scholarship to study chemical engineering at the Northwestern University before she decided to pursue a career in modeling back in the 80s.
