Jay Z Beyonce suit - The powerhouse couple has just been slapped with a lawsuit from a woman who claims she is the real mother of their 2-year-old child.
Under the Jay Z, Beyonce suit filed by Tina Seals, the woman is seeking full custody of the pair's daughter, once being declared as the maternal parent of Blue Ivy. What?!
Seals also alleged that the "Crazy in Love" hit maker did not carry or give birth to her daughter - and you guessed it right, she is claiming she did!
The Jay Z, Beyonce suit was reportedly filed by Seals in New York, NY on Thursday, Aug. 14, against one of the world's most influential couple, according to Media Take Out.
Beyonce's lawyers have not yet responded to the suit, however, it has been reported by several media outlets that Tina's court filings particularly noted that she is the biological mother of Blue Ivy. She is asking a judge to acknowledge and announce her maternal rights and then grant her full custody of the tot.
According to Hollywood Life, Tina's allegations are quite bizarre because first, Blue is the spitting image of Jay and Bey, and second, there are photos of Beyonce holding a newly born Blue in a hospital room, and a video of the diva's baby bump during her pregnancy.
And while others remain skeptic whether Bey have indeed carried her daughter for nine months due to a previous photo of her "collapsible" baby bump that has spread online during the wake of her 2011 pregnancy, Tina Seals' allegations in her Jay Z, Beyonce suit, appears to be quite questionable given that she had also filed lawsuits against other celebrity couples claiming the same maternal rights.
Starcasm.net reported that the woman also previously filed identical suits against Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, claiming to be the real mother of North West, against Janet Jackson, regarding her brother Michael Jackson's kids and also against Mariah Carey.
Even Prince William and Kate Middleton have been Seals' targets! A lot of claims from one credible plaintiff don't you think?
