David Duchovny Tea Leoni Wedding - When the couple exchanged self-penned vows in a 20-minute ceremony in the garden of the Grace Church School in 1997, no one ever suspected that their love story would ultimately end in divorce.
However, unlike fairytale romance, David Duchovny and Tea Leoni's wedding would only just be a part of the happy memories they once shared together as they have reportedly quietly separated, with the former "X-Files" star filing documents in June citing irretrievable breakdown of the relationship, Just Jared has learned.
According to People, David Duchovny and Tea Leoni's wedding was very private and simple that the only guests present were a half dozen family members which included Leoni's parents, Anthony Pantleoni, a corporate attorney, and wife Emily, a nutritionist,
the bride's brother Tom, David's mother, his sister Laurie and brother Danny, who acted as best man.
The two - who reportedly first met in 1992 through a pre-interview dinner organized by "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" - are said to have previously separated in 2008 during the actor's rehab stint for sex addiction. The couple eventually reconciled only to split again in 2011.
Prior David Duchovny and Tea Leoni's wedding, before they even became a couple, the "Californication" actor went to date actresses Perrey Reeves and Winona Ryder. Tea for her part, also reportedly dated novelist John Irving's son Colin.
Meanwhile, under the two's divorce settlement, the "Madame Secretary" actress reportedly gained primary custody of their daughter, Madelaine West, 15, and son, Kyd Miller, 12, although Duchovny - who has been paying $8,333 a month for child support and $40,000 in spousal support since the divorce - still shares legal custody of their children.
