According to the statement released by the couple's rep to PEOPLE, the two of them loves each other, but chose to end their relationship due to conflicts in their schedules.
"They love each other very much, but with the distance and work schedule it has been hard to maintain the relationship," the couple's rep revealed.

The model seems to be having a lot of fun during the CablePalooza event while she was photographed with some of her pals not showing any sign of grief over the split. Murphy and Strahan have been already engaged for five years and marriage is quite the only thing lacking between them.
