This congregation gave an insight into the journey that happens when a battle with cancer is involved. Thoughts and advices were provided from the perspective of both the patient and the patient's family and loved ones.
Douglas, 69 years old, was diagnosed with stage four throat cancer back in 2010. He and his 44-year-old wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones hot, were invited to say a few things at the gathering's opening ceremony. The event was in honor of July 27 as the "World Head and Neck Cancer Day."
Catherine Zeta-Jones hot actress informed the audience, "I'm very happy to be here with my husband. I mean that literally. I'm very happy to be here with my husband."
Catherine Zeta-Jones hot wife also shared a few things about how she reacted when she found out about her husband's throat cancer diagnosis. She shared, "I was a mess. I'll be quite frank. I was a mess. When I'm married to a man who has such a conviction for life, he fights to make the wrongs right. For the 1st time, he was fighting for his life."
She also mentioned her disappointment when her husband was actually misdiagnosed for three times before the current stage four throat cancer diagnosis was eventually correctly made.
Catherine Zeta-Jones hot wife and Douglas also shared some of his experiences openly and stated that through his seven weeks' worth of intense cancer treatment, including aggressive chemotherapy, he lost almost three stones in weight. He also confessed that he felt "a lot worse" before he actually started to feel better. He was treated in New York, something that largely gladdens Douglas since, this way, he can just go home throughout the whole treatment process.
