Game of Thrones books TV series fans have just been pleased with the addition of nine new characters to their favorite TV show. These new cast members will be joining the rest of the Game of Thrones books TV show gang on the show's 5th season.

The announcement regarding the nine new Game of Thrones books show characters was made with a special video that was played during the San Diego Comic Con press conference.

Jonathan Pryce, the actor who played the role of a villain in "Tomorrow Never Dies" will be joining this internationally renowned HBO show. Alexander Siddig, who starred in "24", as well as Oscar nominee Keisha Castle-Hughes, will also be included in the Game of Thrones books show 5th season cast.

Over 6,000 people attended the Game of Thrones books show press conference, which means that 6,000 people were also quick in spreading the news about the nine new cast members. Among the already existing Game of Thrones books show cast who were present during the press conference were Kit Harrington who plays Jon Snow, Maisie Williams who plays Arya Stark, and Gwedoline Christie who plays Brienne of Tarth.

Although the production team of the Game of Thrones books show have revealed about these latest character additions to their top-rated TV show, they were very secretive about the details of the show's plot for the upcoming season. However, a short video that showed the season's bloopers was played, which was something that brightened everyone's day.

The latest season of the Game of Thrones books show looks pretty promising. Pryce has been selected to play the role of the High Sparrow, while Castle-Hughes will be playing the role of Obara Sand. Siddig has been chosen for Doran Martell, who is the famous Lord of Dorne and older brother of the late Oberyn Martell. Toby Sebastian will be playing the role of Prince Doran's son, Trystane Martell, who happens to be the heir to Dorne. Nell Tiger Free is Myrcella Baratheon, Enzo Cilenti is Yezzen, Rosabell Laurenti Sellers is Tyene Sand, DeObia Oparei is Areo Hotah, and Jessica Henwick is Nymeria Sand.
