Aladdin Wyoming For Sale: $1.5 Million For Small Wyoming Town – 30 Acres, 15 Buildings, 118-Year-Old Fully Operational General Store

Aladdin Wyoming for sale has been making headlines since the small town has been put up for sale by its owners who are a couple. The tiny town of Aladdin Wyoming for sale is reportedly located in the northeastern part of the state, and the price, as they say, is pretty reasonable.

ABC News reports that Aladdin Wyoming for sale is available for $1.5 million. Whoever decides to buy the tiny town will reportedly get 30 acres, 15 buildings and a 118-year-old general store which is currently fully operational.

According to The Gillette News-Record on Monday, owners Judy and Rick Brengle decided to put up their humble small town for sale since they are looking to slow down.

The Associated Press said that the Brengles bought the town 28 years ago, and apparently, running the Aladdin Wyoming for sale is taking its toll on them as they want to move on from the full-time job.

Judy Brengle said of putting up Aladdin Wyoming for sale, 'We bought this place because I had empty-nest syndrome. All our kids had gone to college, so my husband bought me a town.'

News Day reports that while Aladdin doesn't have a government population count, it has about 15 people residing on it. Located in a state highway midway between Devils Tower National Monument and Sturgis, South Dakota, the town of Aladdin Wyoming for sale has been famous for its huge annual motorcycle rally.

Meanwhile, peace and quiet isn't the only thing appealing in the town. According to the AP, the nearby Black Hills and Bear Lodge Mountains offer visitors and new owners countless recreation opportunities.

Meanwhile, reports say that Aladdin Wyoming for sale is not the only town in Wyoming to have hit the market. Buford, a southeast Wyoming town was sold for $900,000. It was renamed PhinDeli Town by its new owner to promote a brand of Vietnamese coffee which was sold there.

On Sunday, the Gillette News-Record reported that apart from a new roof, the Brengles haven't changed a thing about the two-story general store in Aladdin which has a pot-bellied stove that provides heat.

According to the AP, the store in the Aladdin Wyoming for sale is currently selling fishing supplies, groceries, antiques, art, beer and hardware. Though it doesn't have running water, there are two working outhouses nearby which visitors can use. In 1894, Aladdin got its name from people who had hopes of becoming rich just like the principal character in the Arabian Nights folktale.

Reports say that operating Aladdin has become a full-time job for the Brengles. Responsibilities of owner Judy Brengle reportedly included ordering clothes or doing inventory, sorting mail and selling beer or cigarettes.

Judy said she currently has grandkids that will be tending to the store and post office indefinitely. She said, 'We've had several interested buyers, but not very many people want to work seven days a week.'

Aladdin Wyoming for sale is located exactly between Devils Tower National Monument, Wyoming and Belle Fourche (bel FOOSH') in South Dakota. Every August, the small town reportedly draws crowds because of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota.
