Halle Berry is ordered to share a portion of her millions of net worth with her ex Gabriel Aubry, how does her husband reacts to this?
The 'X-Men: Days of the Future Past' actress have millions of riches on her feet and if she had some pre-nup agreement with her current husband, Olivier Martinez; then, it would be very understandable as both of them do make millions out from making movies. It seems like the actress will not just share a part of her earning with her husband this time after a court order was released obliging her to pay her former partner every month. A settlement has been approved by Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon on May 30, according to Us Weekly.
According to the report, the 'Catwoman' star is ordered to pay the Canadian model $16K for child support every month which amounts to nearly $200 thousand each year. Aside from that, Halle Berry will also be taking some thousands from her net worth as the courts orders her to pay a retroactive payment of $115,000 plus the $300,000 for Aubry's total attorney fees. It can be recalled that the former couple had a publicized custody battles over their daughter, Nahla.
A conflict reportedly arise when the actress plans to move to France with Martinez, but that idea is objected with Aubry as he thinks it would break their visiting and custody agreements. The actor and the model were even reported to have engaged with a physical altercation and that's when the cases were opened and now that both parties have reached an amicable custody agreement in court, a part of Halle Berry's net worth will now be shared with her former lover.
Martinez doesn't seem to have any options as the court has finally reached its decision. It is now clear that Halle Berry will be giving a portion of her $70 million net worth not just with her husband and former partner.
