Another Malaysian plane has reportedly crashed on Ukraine's eastern part; updates reveal that 295 passengers have been killed in a sudden blast on Thursday.
Flight MH17 has been reportedly shot down in Ukraine near the Russian border wherein all the 295 people on board have been killed. The said aircraft has been traveling from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur wherein 280 passengers were on board along with its 15 crew members. There were claims that flight MH17 has been struck down by a missile, but the origin of the missile is not yet known.
According to ABC news, U.S. intelligence claims that a single missile has struck down the craft while it was on its cruising altitude. With the possibility of terrorism involved, it was also said that the missile could have been from the Russian or Ukrainian territory. Investigators are still trying to figure who is the real responsible for blowing up the plane especially that both parties are denying that the missile has been fired from its respective territories.
With a missile reportedly fired, the Malaysian plane crash is believed to be not an accident, but it was done on purpose. Although Ukraine has blamed the pro-Russian militants as responsible for the tragic incident, it was reported by Huffington Post that separatist leader Oleg Tsarev has denied the accusations. According to Tsarev, they don't have a weapon that could take down a plane at the said altitude; however, despite of Tsarev's denial, it was reported that the group has already taken down military aircraft.
Victims of the tragic aircraft explosion reportedly came from different countries. Passengers include Dutch, Australian, British, Filipinos, Malaysians and Germans while there are others who are not identified. With the news of the Malaysian plane crash due to a missile attack, Prime Minister Najib Razak insists that justice must be served.
