Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling Amazing 90210 Beauties Co-Star in New Comedy, “Mystery Girls”

Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling, former hot stars of "Beverly Hills 90210" have now teamed up once again in their new comedy show. Jennie Garth used to play the role of Kelly Taylor, while Spelling played the character of Donna Martin. "Beverly Hills 90210" ran for 10 years from 1990 and has been regarded as the iconic teenage soap drama of that time.

Now, the 42-year-old Jennie Garth and the 41-year-old Tori Spelling will be co-starring in "Mystery Girls." This show will be about two women who used to be starlets in a detective TV shows. They were brought together because of a real-life mystery that the duo will attempt to get to the bottom of.

The PR blurb of this new Garth and Spelling show said, "Charlie Contour (Garth) is a suburban housewife and mother, while Holly Hamilton (Spelling) longs for her glory days in the 90s when she was on television. Both of their lives are disrupted when Nick (Miguel Pinzon), a witness to a crime and a 'Mystery Girls' fanatic, will only speak to the infamous duo and the former friends must reunite and put their TV crime-solving skills to the test."

Garth's "Mystery Girls" debuted on ABC Family on the later part of June. To date, there is still no Australian air date that has been confirmed. It looks like fans of Jennie Garth and Spelling in the land down under will have to wait a little bit longer.

Although Jennie Garth and Spelling were ecstatic about the show's pilot episode, they most likely did not experience the same elation when the 2nd episode was aired. Sadly, the 2nd episode of "Mystery Girls" showed that some 40% of their audience has already given up on the show. It looks like these two amazingly beautiful co-stars will only be together in this show for a relatively limited time.
