Cat is hell-bent on finding the murderer behind her father's death and though she has an established name as a detective, she was demoted to foot patrol after engaging into questionable acts such as reckless driving, disobeying orders and personality conflicts. However, it seems that Cat may have found someone to match her personality in the person of Maseille born taxi driver, who was previously linked to being a wheelman in a bank robbery. The two then made a pact which demanded Leo's driving skills and taxi in exchange for Cat's promise to help him prove his innocence to everyone. Meanwhile, in the heat of their investigation, an internal betrayal will send Leo into the hands of the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement offficers.
