Mick Jagger definitely makes Brazil unhappy with his choices as he seemed to jinx every team that he supports.
The Rolling Stones' front man is now being mocked by fans as Italy recently loses their chance of being in the World Cup. Supporters strongly believe that it was partly because the singer has voiced out his support for the team. It is quite a good thing that a well-known personality has been vocal when it comes to who he supports particularly in this years' World Cup; however, fans are not that happy to hear who Mick Jagger supports in this year's event held in Brazil.
People who have been following one of the biggest events of this year are not glad that the rock star just openly announced his bet which was Italy since they strongly believe that he's just putting jinx to the team. The theory has been quite strengthened when Italy was sent home on Tuesday after losing the game with Uruguay. The singer already previously announced his support for the team when he had his concert on Saturday night in Rome by predicting that fans of the four-time World Cup champion will knock down his opposing team.
Things suddenly went down the hill as Italy lost against and were sent home. Brazilian fans have been actually following Mick Jagger's team of choice and they were actually convinced that the teams that he picked to support are now jinxed. Aside from Italy, the singer already showed his support to other soccer teams as well.
Mick Jagger also previously predicted that Portugal led by Cristiano Rolando will head into the World Cup and would win the month-long tournament in Brazil. Unluckily, the team failed to win in the first two matches. He also posted in his Twitter account to show his support for England by writing, "Let's go England! This is the one to win!!,", but the team also lost.
Although Mick Jagger loves Brazil, the people in the country are seem not pleased with his choices. If his options are really cursed to fail, then it's probably best that he just keep his choices to his own to avoid more criticisms from fans.
