Goalkeeper Hope Solo Held in Custody For Two Counts of Domestic Violence[VIDEO]

Hope Solo was recently involved in a dispute with two of her relatives and was then later on arrested for domestic violence on early Saturday morning.

Authorities reportedly responded to a 911 call saying that there is a disturbance in the street where the soccer player resides. The caller said that a woman in the residence was hitting people and seemed to be out of control. The police who came into the area identified the woman to be Hope Solo, she was then became a subject for questioning regarding domestic violence when the authorities observed visible injuries to the people who were hit.

The goalkeeper for the U.S. women's soccer team may not be able to play them this time as she was put into custody after the dispute that happened between her and her relatives. A dispute that went on between the two parties actually became physical as the soccer player hit her 17 year-old nephew and her adult sister. The injuries that the victims suffered were actually obviously noticed by the police.

Reports say that Hope Solo was having a big party at her home in Kirkland before the domestic violence occurred. Police said that the situation was out of control and even noted that the player was intoxicated. Officers were also able to determine that Solo was the one who initiated the assault.

Hope Solo is currently held in custody by the Kirkland Police Department without bail. She has been charged with two counts of domestic violence assault in 4th degree. The soccer player was booked into the South King County detention facility.

The player was arrested under her married name Hope Amelia Stevens in the case of domestic violence. She is actually married to former NFL player Jerramy Stevens. The couple reportedly wed shortly after Stevens was arrested after allegedly assaulting Solo way back in 2012.

The Seattle Reign where Solo plays said that they are aware of their player's arrest, but refuse to comment any further.
