Anna Faith Carlson, a regular teenager from Florida, has found herself being constantly pulled into the "Frozen" vortex, since she looks remarkably alike with the cartoon film's lead character, Elsa. Now, she is seen by many on numerous TV appearances, a reason why the number of her followers on Instagram has spiked.
Carlson, a fresh graduate from high school, has been dressing up as Elsa ever since she watched the Disney film. Although she likes the way the "Elsa look" looks on her, one of the biggest reasons why she keeps doing so is to entertain the little children in schools and hospitals. Still, according to ABC News, it was only when she posted her photo on Instagram, one that was beside a life-size picture of Elsa, that a lot of things started to change for her.
Carlson informed ABC News, "We went to the mall and there was a cardboard cutout in front of GameStop. And my mom, sister, and best friend were all like, 'You should take a pic' in front of the cutout. That's when it all started."
She posted another picture of herself on Instagram, but this time with her hair dyed in white and she was also wearing Elsa's costume. This photo, alone, got almost 21,000 likes.
She shared that she likes making the children happy whenever she wears the Elsa costume. She said, "They are always so happy. I remember going to the mall and this little girl started crying and I was like, 'Don't be scared.' Then, her mom said, 'She thinks you are going to freeze her with your ice powers.' I was like, 'Oh, no!'"
Carlson informed WKMG-TV that she had high hopes that the attention she is presently getting will open doors for her in the entertainment industry. She said, "It's a really good opportunity. This can lead to so many other doors. They see that I am an actress, I'm good with kids and that I love singing. So, this could really lead to other jobs that I can have in the future."
