Vince McMahon’s Dilemma: No More New WWE Superstars

Reports about Vince McMahon's latest worries have gone viral. According to the reports, McMahon is now worried that the WWE is not producing enough superstars. In fact, he is worried that it is suffering from what he referred to as a "superstar drought."

Recently, the WWE has been experiencing a lot of exits, especially from some of their biggest and most famous stars. Sadly, there have been no quality replacements for them over the years.

McMahon is now known for his reputation for evaluating talent, rarely accepting new wrestlers as main players. Since he was placed in this position, he had always had an astute eye for potentially successful wrestlers, such as John Cena and Dwayne Johnson, more popularly referred to as "The Rock." These action stars, who have graced the film industry with action-filled flicks, have actually transcended from the WWE.

What Culture has noted that McMahon's disdain over not finding new worthy talents for the WWE is very noticeable. They reported, "McMahan and Keven Dunn's apathy to new characters is also the reason why Paige has had little character development. Right now it almost seems as if she has got the Divas title by default, with no perceived real contenders other than the absent AJ Lee."

The report continued with, "However, Dunn is said to be a huge fan of Alicia Fox's new gimmick, so she will continue to be featured. Perhaps she might even be considered for the divas belt if reactions continue to grow."

Ever since CM Punk suddenly decided to retire earlier this year, McMahon was not able to immediately find new WWE superstars. However, there are ongoing rumors that Punk's retirement was only a gimmick and that Punk will be returning to the WWE scene with a relatively dramatic comeback.

Insiders, however, have stated that the reason why Punk left was because he obtained an injury and was suffering from generalized burnout. Sources have identified Punk's overtime ring exposure to be the reason for this burnout. Moreover, the sources have also stated that, despite the rumors of an impending return, Punk will not be returning to WWE.
