Tracy Morgan who's famously known as a stand-up comedian and has been a cast member on "Saturday Night Live" is still in a critical condition after a recent car accident.
Early Saturday morning has been marked as a tragic time for the comedian when he became involved in a car accident. Tracy Morgan has been traveling along with other six passengers after performing a stand-up when the limo bus that they were riding suddenly overturned. The injured individuals were then rushed to the hospital for an immediate care.
The accident has become like a domino effect wherein a total of six vehicles has been involved. According to Fox News, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Gregory Williams said that a tractor-trailer driver failed to notice the slow traffic ahead which caused a sudden smash against the back of the limo while immediately resulting into a chain reaction crash which now included a second tractor-trailer, an SUV and two more cars.
Tracy Morgan was not the only stand-up comedian present in the accident. One of the passengers of the limo bus identified as James McNair died instantly in the crash. After sustaining serious injuries, the 45 year-old comedian is now in a critical condition just like Ardie Fuqua Jr. who is also a passenger of the limo bus. The drivers of the said limo along with two others were reportedly unhurt during the incident.
According to the comedian's ex-wife, Tracy Morgan is currently not in a good shape which makes him unable to perform a stand-up. As of now, his family is praying that he would surpass the tragic accident. He is currently at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital wherein he's listed as one of the critical patients.
State police are now currently working on an investigation to identify issues related to the crash together with the National Transportation Safety Board. Just before Tracy Morgan was involved in the car crash, he performed a stand-up on Friday night at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino in Delaware.
