The palace is open to visitors from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., while the Estate of Trianon opens at noon and closes at the same as the palace. The gardens and park are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

If possible, avoid bringing a bag with you when you visit the Palace of Versailles. Large bags and suitcases, in particular, are strictly prohibited.
If you must bring a bag, it should not exceed the maximum size of 55cm x 35cm x 20cm. You will be required to leave your bags behind at the luggage desk.
